FAQ's

Q: What does the inspection involve and what is the cost?

A: Our inspections are always free.

Our in-house HAAG certified roof inspectors will do a through 30 point roof inspection. We will be checking all flashing, pipe boots and ventilation systems as well as conducting a weather damage assessment to determine (within a 95% accuracy) whether or not your roof will be covered by an insurance claim.

We will pull historical storm damage that your roof has gone through. At the end of the inspection you will get a detailed photo inspection report as well as 1 of 4 solutions:

1) No action needed.

2) Roof tune up and rejuvenation.

3) Full roof replacement with an insurance claim.

4) Full roof replacement with no insurance claim.

A:  Knowledge is power.

Our process is focused on providing you with as much knowledge as possible about your roofs condition as well as offering several options and solutions.

Q: Should I get multiple inspections and quotes?

A:  Absolutely!

We may be the only roofer in the State that highly recommends this, but our entire business model is focused on you getting the most knowledge possible.

Please get two or three inspections, compare notes and offerings. We've spent so much time, focus and effort on building the best roofing company in the world, we really do encourage competition as it helps us stand out from the crowd!

Q: What is roof rejuvenation?

A:  An affordable way to extend the life of your roof

We've invested in the nations largest, best tested and proven roof rejuvenation system: Roof Maxx. Our Roof Maxx solution is an environmentally friendly spray that restores and re-hydrates the asphalt on your roof. Guaranteed to restore and strengthen your roof, turning back the hands of time to extend the life span of your roof 5 to 15 years.

We couple our Roof Maxx solution with a full roof tune-up which involves re-sealing all flashing, installing new boots on pipes and repairing any potential leak points. Our Roof Maxx solution not only re-hydrates the asphalt which restores the flexibility and ability to resist cracking but has also been tested and proven to increase the hail resistance of the shingles by 24%.

Q: What are the non-negotiable materials I need?

A:  There are 4.

1) Class 4 Hail Impact Resistant Shingles: You will save money on your insurance premium and be typically be protected from hail under 2" (which we get a lot of in Colorado).

2) Ice and Water Shield: Some areas require this for code compliance, some do not. We do it every time because it is absolutely essential in building a quality, leak-free roof in our climate.

3) Increased Ventilation: 90% of homes in Colorado are under or improperly ventilated. Improper ventilation is the #1 reason roofs age prematurely and can cause multiple issues including: Voiding all warranties. Leaks. Needing a new roof in as little as 7 years. Increased energy bills. We look at both the exhaust and the intake vent system to ensure a balanced attic/roof ventilation.

4) Synthetic Underlayment: Please don't let any roofer use felt underlayment. Synthetic underlayment is superior in every way and does not cost your roofer much more to install.

Q: What warranties are included with your roof vs other roofers?

A:  Our competition typically includes a "lifetime material warranty" which translates to 10 years :(

We include:

1) 50-Year, Non-Depreciated Material Warranty: Most warranties begin depreciating after 10 years, our manufacturer-backed warranty is good from day one to year 50.

2) 10-Year Manufacturer-Backed Workmanship Warranty: If for some reason, we went out of business tomorrow, the workmanship on your roof is covered by the manufacturer for the next 10 years. FYI, less than 10% of roofers are qualified to offer this warranty.

3) 20-Year Hail and Wind Warranty. Because our Colorado climate is known to be temperamental, we offer a 20-Year Hail and wind Warranty to assist if your home gets hit with hail large or wind substantial enough to warrant an insurance claim.

Our Incredible Guarantee: We are so confident that there is no roofer in the state that can compare with our offerings, service and quality. If at the end of your project you don't believe we are the best roofing company in the State of Colorado, we'll write you a check for $1,000. No questions asked.

For our roof regeneration system, we include a 5-year warranty backed by Roof Maxx.
